Dear all,
I hope this finds you well.
Doing this after a long time, hopefully my muscle-memory is still intact. Used Makemkv for the video, demuxed rest with eac3to.
For the audio compared all available sources including, PAL DVDR's / NTSC / MOC Blu-ray / Twilight Time Blu-ray & Sony. Overall sony has done a decent job when compared to others, when matched at same sound levels. Commentary taken from Twilight time as its lossless also included the Isolated score from the same. Isolated score on the MOC Blu-ray is Bogus (M&E) meh... the real isolated score is from the twilight time blu-ray.
Subtitles are tonemapped at their correct levels, also included subs from iTunes (Thanks vevv)
Chapter names from DVD to the nearest scene changes / i-frames.
Thanks to the boys @ CiNEPHiLES for the help.

Enjoy / Regards
