Thanks to xwmario for his extensive work on the original upload, see notes below.
Big thanks to Chorake for sourcing & syncing the score/M&E, as well as help with sources and research!
Dear thanks also to all disc providers.
REPACK: Superior video from Criterion. Replaced Criterion commentary and PGS subtitle with the one on the UHD. Added music & effects track.

Comparison: Toho JPN UHD, Criterion USA UHD Slow.pics
Audio comparisons:

Used audio from the German Blu-ray as the main track. It seems entirely unfiltered, and sounds great. There is a slight dropout at ~01:25:00, but it doesn't significantly impact the viewing experience and was left alone.
All other sources were filtered, and very muffled in comparison. Out of those, Toho UHD was the best and was used as an alternative option.
Criterion subtitles were preferred and set to default. Subtitles present on the BFI DVD were confirmed to be the original theatrical script by confirming it to contemporary trailers. Unfortunately, the source wasn't great and had some typos and a lot of missing punctuation, which have been corrected. Finally, third subtitle option is the one on the Classic Media disc. As the PGS on the Blu-ray seemed to be missing lines, they were OCRed from the DVD and spellchecked.

xwmario's notes:
Thanks to respective disc uploaders & vevv with OCR/helping out with sources/comparisons/others... && Big thanks to Chorake for sourcing & syncing the score, as well as help with sources and research!
This is probably The definitive version of Godzilla 1954 on the internet. While remuxing this I am dead inside + For a remux of this magnitude coke helps a lot ;)
Lets get fucking started with audio...
As you see the humongous amount of sources used above, like wtf right? But anyways thanks to the sources, was able to pick out the best audio , and SURPRISE!! its from the GER Disc !! As the UHD is from toho, the basic rule with this shit is that its not frame accurate to any source in general and so it was the case...
The audio from GER is unfiltered and in its pure form with a bit of hiss, a movie of this generation is bound to have hiss, whereas the UHD sounds muffled when compared to the GER disc on the score, effects and dialogue.
There is a slight dropout at ~01:25:00, but it doesn't significantly impact the viewing experience and was left alone, also one of the reasons to include the alternative filtered audio which adds effects to the particular segment.
Audio comparisons:
Samples, RX Spectrogram, SoX Spectrogram, Spectrum Analyzer
Commentaries (All the syncs are flac/,wav as they are not frame-accurate) Sound Forge Pro used to dither it 16bit
Criterion commentary synced to the UHD about 8-10 edits/cuts were done to sync this / was EZ
BFI DVD commentary synced to the UHD about 10+ edits/cuts / EZ
Classic Media commentary - FUCK ME... this was done using silence as it was the only way, about 30 edits/cuts to get it inline.
JPN UHD commentary by default.
Subtitles
All the OCR was done by vevv, so saved me great amount of time.
The syncs are manually done by me and tested, it works!
Included the commentary subtitle from the Criterion channel WEB-DL.
Chapter Names from Criterion BD positioned to the nearest I-frames / Scene changes.
Also see Wikizilla for specifics about available releases.
TLDR; Just download it works!
Enjoy
