The lives and loves of four female friends: Katie, a
doctor having an affair with a patient; Trudi, a
9/11 widow; Siobhan, a barrister; and Jessica, a
commitment phobe who plays the field

We are now using 550mb sizing where appropriate.

While there is currently no official ruleset specifying the use of 550mb,
the majority of tv groups have informally agreed that it is a good thing.

For shows lengths around the 60min mark, 700mb is often overkill on the video
bitrate unless there's a 5.1 ac3 track that could be included to
justify it (in this case it was an ac3 2.0 192kbit track). 350mb would give
too low a video bitrate, 550mb gives a nice video bitrate of around 1000kbit.
550mb also stacks onto dvd nicely.
