Serena Blair has recently passed away and finds herself in a purgatory waiting room, surrounded by silence and soft elevator music. To pass the time, she picks up a magazine featuring pictures of attractive women.

An angel named Mona Wales enters the room, apologizing for the delay and explaining that she is there to interview Serena to determine her eligibility for heaven. Although Serena is disappointed about her early passing, she maintains a composed demeanor. After asking Serena several questions about her sins, Mona concludes that Serena is worthy of entering heaven. However, before Serena can proceed, Kendra James, a devil from hell, interrupts and announces that Lucy-fer has expressed interest in Serena as a concubine. Kendra entices Serena with promises of pleasure and no punishment, as she would be part of Lucy-fer's harem. Mona attempts to counter Kendra's offers, but the temptation from Kendra intensifies.
