I demuxed the video stream from the latest makemkv version. I also synced the commentary track from the DVD, during which I removed a 4-second gap that included a specific intro card from the DVD release and adjusted the track speed by a factor of 1.00088.

Subtitles have been sourced from both iTunes and MUBI, labeled as such. Chapters synced to the nearest I-frame or to the corresponding scene change.
When it comes to audio, the DVD releases are worse than all three of the UHD releases, which are virtually indistinguishable, so I opted for Cruzons for both stereo and surround upmix.
The video from the GBR Blu-ray by Cruzon showcases an improvement in both grain blockyness/sharpness over existing releases currently available on the site. For a direct comparison, please check below.

Additionally, the iTunes subtitles have been synchronized for accuracy.
