MOOD-PICTURES - The Milgram Experiment 2
Dr. Stanley Milgram, a psychologist, conducted a study to explore the validity of Adolf Eichmann's defense regarding his actions during the Holocaust, which claimed that he was merely following government orders. To investigate this, Milgram designed an experiment to determine if ordinary individuals could commit acts of cruelty when assured they would not be held responsible. The results indicated that Eichmann's argument had merit. In "Mood Pictures: The Milgram Experiment," the theme of cruelty is further explored, with more extreme acts than those in Milgram's original study. The sequel,"The Milgram Experiment 2," begins by outlining the setup of the experimental room and the methodology. It features a returning character, a lab assistant reminiscent of "Wednesday Addams," who is portrayed as both alluring and malicious. This character serves as the antagonist, embodying traits that create tension and conflict within the narrative.
