I create/encode Blu-Rays (2k and 4k-UHD) and DVD's 5/9 from 720p, 1080p and 2160p sources.I use Torrentleech and other sites for content.

This is an ISO image and will fit on a BD-25 Blu-Ray disc. The original source was 1080p.The computer used for conversion is an AMD Ryzen 9 CPU with 16 cores and 32 threads with 32GB's of DDR-4 RAM, overclocked to 4.9Ghz. Encoding was done in CPU mode (longer time/better quality) versus GPU mode (quicker/less quality).The average encoding/converting time is 4 hours now per Blu-Ray compared to 20 hours on my previous Intel I7 processor with 4 cores. The video card, if needed, is a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090. The bit rate is high (22.40 Mb/s). Just download and burn with your favorite program. I use imgburn..Thank you

The Blu-ray Disc is an optical disc type primarily used for videos, created as a higher-capacity successor to the DVD. For a time it was in a format war with HD-DVD, ultimately winning out, but this victory came in a time when physical media were in decline in favor of streaming and downloads through networks as the preferred means of content distribution. This has slowed the adoption of Blu-ray compared to earlier media, but the format is widely supported nevertheless. Netflix has an option to receive Blu-ray Discs instead of DVDs when available, as part of the disc-in-the-mail subscriptions (which continue to have a wide range of material not presently available in streaming subscriptions).

Blu-ray Discs can be single-layer (25 GB capacity) or double-layer (50 GB). As with other optical disc types, they can be used for data, games, or audio, but the format is primarily marketed as a medium for video such as movies and TV shows. When used as a computer data storage medium, it may have a UDF filesystem.

Blu-Ray video uses the M2TS format, with MPLS playlists, CLPI clip info files, and BDMV files for user interactivity. Subdirectories named BDMV and CERTIFICATE are used at the root level.

Install it and "e;Mount"e; the ISO image you downloaded.To do this, Right click on the icon in your systray and point to the iso image. You can also un-mount an image here...

Download VLC Media Player

Install it. Once installed, start the program and do a CTRL-D. You can play either a DVD or Blu-Ray Disc/Image here. Point to the Virtual Clone drive letter where the mounted image is and play. You will have chapters/sub-titles and other menus at your disposal
